Many variations of this classic move available. Use your upper body strength to raise & lower your body weight.  Can be done with upper body elevated on the wall or a raised platform to derease the degree of difficulty. Squeeze Butt & Raise Rib cage to stabilize your midsection in all variations. 

WALL SQUAT

Tones Thighs, Butt & Stomach

With your back & shoulders flat against the wall, come into a seated position with feet hip width apart, toes and kness pointing forward. Do not allow knees to go over toes. 

 

Challenge yourself to hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 3 to 4 times with rest as needed between rounds.
